We repair and maintain air conditioners, cooling equipment and central air systems in Abu Dhabi, one of the 14 activities on our trade licence CN-1165402. Our planned maintenance covers chillers, air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs), and we provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning services, including installation, maintenance and repairs, to keep indoor environments comfortable. We also maintain refrigeration systems and clean AC ducts. The work is done by engineers and technicians Axon FM employs directly, inside the same ISO 41001, 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified management systems as the rest of our facility management in Abu Dhabi.

Do you maintain chillers and central air conditioning in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Repair and maintenance of air conditioners, cooling equipment and central air systems is on our trade licence, and our planned maintenance covers chillers, AHUs and FCUs.
Do you provide planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for HVAC?
Yes. Our HVAC maintenance runs on a PPM schedule that includes chiller overhaul and BMS tuning. Planned and reactive maintenance are both run through our CAFM system, and assets are maintained to SFG20.
Do you clean AC ducts?
Yes. AC duct cleaning is one of our cleaning services, so ductwork can be cleaned as well as maintained.
Do you look after refrigeration systems?
Yes. We maintain and install refrigeration systems, so that they run efficiently and preserve perishable goods.
Can you help while a new building's defects liability period is running?
Yes. Our technical consultancy advises on defects liability period (DLP) management, witnesses the testing and commissioning of new systems, and issues snagging and condition surveys.

Our own engineers and technicians. Axon FM directly employs its engineers, technicians and gardeners, and reaches the rest through its own group companies rather than the open market.
