Event support services in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE
Beyond Expectations, Every Event, Every Time
At Axon Facility Management, we grasp the complex requirements of event management and offer a full range of services to guarantee smooth operation. Our Event Support Services include various solutions customized to fit our clients' unique needs.
Event support and event cleaning services
Axon FM is an event support company in Abu Dhabi. We run the facility side of events: event cleaning before, during and after the show, venue maintenance, and hard and soft landscaping. We work for event organisers, promoters and venues across the UAE, and we do not organise events ourselves. The work is done by our own teams, under the same ISO 41001, 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified management systems as the rest of our facility management, and waste at events is handled through our group, by its own waste company.
Before, during and after the event
Before the event
Pre-event cleaning and venue readiness: the venue cleaned, its maintenance done and its landscaping in order before the doors open.
During the event
Cleaning during the event, through every show day, by our own teams.
After the event
Post-event clean-up of the venue and its grounds, and the site handed back clean.
From detailed planning to perfect delivery.
We possess the expertise and resources to ensure every event is a notable success.
