Axon Facility Management provides cleaning across a diverse range of environments in Abu Dhabi, from government buildings to residential, commercial and industrial facilities, including leisure spaces. Three activities on our trade licence CN-1165402 cover the work: buildings cleaning, cleaning the outside of buildings, and disinfection and sterilisation. Our trained teams use industry-leading techniques and equipment, we tailor each service to the client and the facility, and we use eco-friendly products and practices wherever possible. Axon FM is a corporate member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), and battery equipment has been replacing petrol in our cleaning since 2019.

Housekeeping for commercial and residential buildings, to support productivity, sustainability and safety in your facility. Good housekeeping is also a basic part of incident and fire prevention.

Cleaning the outside of buildings is on our trade licence. We clean small and medium-size buildings from a cradle, and use a preferred partner with rope access for high-rise towers.

Whether as a preventive task or in response to a confirmed case of infection, our disinfection plan helps reduce the overall level of contamination in your facility and mitigate the risk of further contamination.

What cleaning services do you provide for buildings in Abu Dhabi?
Contract (AMC) cleaning and deep cleaning; post-construction and move-in and move-out cleaning; carpet, upholstery and AC duct cleaning; window, facade and high-level access cleaning; sanitisation and disinfection; and mechanical road sweeping.
Do you clean facades and high-rise glass?
Yes. Cleaning the outside of buildings is on our trade licence. We use a cradle on small and medium-size buildings, and a preferred partner with rope access on high-rise towers.
Are you a BICSc member?
Yes. Axon FM holds corporate membership 16015139 of the British Institute of Cleaning Science, with a renewal date of 31 July 2027.
